Brakemaster is an innovative product from PJ Hare, a British engineering company with more than 50 years’ experience in the design and manufacture of engineering equipment for the aerospace and automotive sectors. Our products are designed to improve productivity through the automation of complex or cumbersome tasks.
Following a request from the USAF for a small press to assist in improving the brake disassembly process, our team of skilled press and tooling designers set about developing a cost-effective solution to increase productivity.
The result? A solution which not only increased productivity 10-fold, it also deskilled the process, improved health and safety and made the whole process cleaner and more environmentally friendly. It is now an essential part of airline ground support.
